ISO 9001 VS. ISO 14000


ISO 9001 sets out basic principles of quality management, while ISO 1400 is based on managing the impacts to the environment.

Both standards are required, because that ensure product quality by implementing extensive monitoring, ensuring that all processes involved in manufacturing operating within the required characteristics.

The initial drivers of management systems and environmental quality, represented by ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, are different. The drive for ISO 9000 in Europe and the rest of the world is the customer or the market and as such, is "voluntary," the drive for ISO 14000 is the compliance with the law.

In conclusion, anyone can adopt the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 and ensure that it operates according to the rules, and that these rules ensure that a company is competitive in product areas where safety concerns or reliability and above all environmental care.

Descriptive essay

ISO 1400

Environmental Management Systems are governed by a series of international standards such as ISO 1400. The main objective of this standard is to help private and governmental organizations to establish and assess objectively their Environmental Management Systems in order to seek an improvement of the environmental impacts and comply with legislation on environment.

For Chemical Engineering, is very important to comply with ISO 1400 standards. When working with reagents, some are highly dangerous because it takes special care when working with them and at the time of disposal, the only problem at a disadvantage is that we still do not have the technology to process waste disposal.

Driving this standard in the field of chemical engineering is making great strides in science without harming our environment.

Vision, mission, values, objectives and SWOT


VISION

The vision of a company defines what is expected in the future (three or more years), it also presents the scope, growth and the effective recognition of the company.
Represents a set of general ideas that frame what a company wants and expects, in addition to pointing the way for establishing the direction for achieving the expected development of the organization.


MISSION

The mission presents detailed objectives to guide the company or organization. Answer the question what is supposed to make the organization? ". It is also the basis for all important decisions it takes the management team, inspires and motivates all those interested in the future of the company.


VALUES

The values of the business are the most important pillars of any organization. With them, a business is defined, because the values of an organization are the values of its members and especially their leaders.



OBJECTIVES

The objectives need to be phased in a gradual order of importance, relevance or priority in a hierarchy of objectives, depending on their relative contribution to the organization as a whole. Each organization has implicitly or explicitly, their hierarchy of goals.




SWOT

It is a tool used to analyze the competitive position of an organization. Its main function is to detect relationships between the variables most important in designing appropriate strategies on the basis of analysis of internal and external environment that is inherent in every organization. Identify the strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities in a common activity of business.

ELEMENT OF A PARAGRAPH


A paragraph is the smallest unit of language that explains and develops the meaning of an idea. Usually have the following parts: topic, main ideas, details and conclusion.

The topic is the most important paragraph on the content of this paragraph. The main idea is the central idea of the topic, the details include the development of the main idea, add more information and gives examples. And the conclusion is the outcome argumentative paragraph.

In conclusion one paragraph is a unit of speech in written text that expresses an idea or an argument. It consists of several related sentences on the same sub, one of which expresses the main idea.

SUMMARIZING


A summary is a small text that includes the most important ideas. It involves stopping to read and revise the text to synthesize, is an efficient way to capture the most important.


For the realization of a summary is necessary to take into account the structure of the original text, respect the observations of the author's original text. In practical terms, the summary includes the original text as an introduction, the methodology of the study, development, and a conclusion with recommendations.



In conclusion is the most accurate way to synthesize the ideas and see them immediately without having to read the entire text.

PARAPHRASING



Paraphrasing means to verify or say the words it seems that the issuer has just said, but without altering the original idea of the author.

In paraphrasing should use synonyms, different words or phrases, but have the same meaning and should also include original material. The paraphrase of a material must be much shorter than the original material giving a main idea of the whole subject. It is an easy way to express themselves in words what is meant on a topic

In conclusion, this is the explanation of the contents of a text, to clarify all aspects, and easier to understand.


QUOTING




Quote is to give credit to the authorship of the ideas and findings that belong to other. The quotation identifies the work employees during the investigation and allows the reader know the source of where the information come.

It quotes to present ideas, results, and data to strengthen the arguments own, linking studies and developments leading up to the work that is planned or that it has been done, give examples of other points of view, deepening or extending an item. Example on a subject of ignorance: “We are all very ignorant. What happens is that not all blind to the same things.” Albert Einstein

In conclusion, cite is useful to reinforce a topic but you must give credit to the original author.

What is leadership?

Leadership is getting other people to follow you towards a common goal, bringing out the best in the people around you, and helping people find a greater meaning in the everyday tasks they are asked to perform. A person who possesses the ability to lead is a great asset to any organization, group, or department.

Public Presentations


Sometimes, develop a public presentation can be a challenge, but the public presentation are a key part of many jobs. Learning to control, to relax and do well the things, are key to making a good speech. Basics are within reach and just need to take into account the following steps:

°Prepare the topic: involves choosing the topic, research it and have all possible resources to accompany and explain it.

°Consider the audience: It is not the same as speaking to a class of university students, to give a conference for directors or contact employees of a company.

°Prepare a visual aid: Use a program or a similar type with power point slides can be projected, photocopied and distributed to the audience during his presentation.

°Do not read, not memorize: The balance is to learn how well the key points and develop peacefully.

°Project voice: The voice must be clear and definite.

°Speech clear, short and concise: Simplicity is the key, learning to speak simply.

°Convey credibility and passion: The best way for the public to believe what is said to believe it yourself.

The uses of essential oils


The Essential Oils or essences plants, are proucts that form the essences odoriferous of a large number of plants.Recent researches, have demonstrated the use of essential oils in the treatment of diseases.Essential oils are products taken directly from the nature of which are renewable resources and easily obtainable. Presently, the use of essential oils has increased, since they have been attributed curative properties.


CONTEX:

The context of this investigation,is the large number of people suffering from diseases and seeking new alternatives in the treatment. This sector of the population many times do not have the monetary resources needed to treat their illnesses with chemicals and the use of oils ideals can be your solution

POPULATION TARGETS:

°The objective of the use of these oils is to provide to the population a new way for the treatment of diseases that can be real and achievable´.
°Create hope in the treatment of diseases that still have no cure.
°Provoke new chemical researches and greater interest in our natural resources.

INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORKS:


The institutional framework that is related with this investigation is the Ministry of Health because it has the obligation to give the population a medical care efficient containing all the necessary means to the cure of diseases.
