Vision, mission, values, objectives and SWOT


VISION

The vision of a company defines what is expected in the future (three or more years), it also presents the scope, growth and the effective recognition of the company.
Represents a set of general ideas that frame what a company wants and expects, in addition to pointing the way for establishing the direction for achieving the expected development of the organization.


MISSION

The mission presents detailed objectives to guide the company or organization. Answer the question what is supposed to make the organization? ". It is also the basis for all important decisions it takes the management team, inspires and motivates all those interested in the future of the company.


VALUES

The values of the business are the most important pillars of any organization. With them, a business is defined, because the values of an organization are the values of its members and especially their leaders.



OBJECTIVES

The objectives need to be phased in a gradual order of importance, relevance or priority in a hierarchy of objectives, depending on their relative contribution to the organization as a whole. Each organization has implicitly or explicitly, their hierarchy of goals.




SWOT

It is a tool used to analyze the competitive position of an organization. Its main function is to detect relationships between the variables most important in designing appropriate strategies on the basis of analysis of internal and external environment that is inherent in every organization. Identify the strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities in a common activity of business.

ELEMENT OF A PARAGRAPH


A paragraph is the smallest unit of language that explains and develops the meaning of an idea. Usually have the following parts: topic, main ideas, details and conclusion.

The topic is the most important paragraph on the content of this paragraph. The main idea is the central idea of the topic, the details include the development of the main idea, add more information and gives examples. And the conclusion is the outcome argumentative paragraph.

In conclusion one paragraph is a unit of speech in written text that expresses an idea or an argument. It consists of several related sentences on the same sub, one of which expresses the main idea.

SUMMARIZING


A summary is a small text that includes the most important ideas. It involves stopping to read and revise the text to synthesize, is an efficient way to capture the most important.


For the realization of a summary is necessary to take into account the structure of the original text, respect the observations of the author's original text. In practical terms, the summary includes the original text as an introduction, the methodology of the study, development, and a conclusion with recommendations.



In conclusion is the most accurate way to synthesize the ideas and see them immediately without having to read the entire text.

PARAPHRASING



Paraphrasing means to verify or say the words it seems that the issuer has just said, but without altering the original idea of the author.

In paraphrasing should use synonyms, different words or phrases, but have the same meaning and should also include original material. The paraphrase of a material must be much shorter than the original material giving a main idea of the whole subject. It is an easy way to express themselves in words what is meant on a topic

In conclusion, this is the explanation of the contents of a text, to clarify all aspects, and easier to understand.


QUOTING




Quote is to give credit to the authorship of the ideas and findings that belong to other. The quotation identifies the work employees during the investigation and allows the reader know the source of where the information come.

It quotes to present ideas, results, and data to strengthen the arguments own, linking studies and developments leading up to the work that is planned or that it has been done, give examples of other points of view, deepening or extending an item. Example on a subject of ignorance: “We are all very ignorant. What happens is that not all blind to the same things.” Albert Einstein

In conclusion, cite is useful to reinforce a topic but you must give credit to the original author.
